​She is our Buyer for all locally made products, and bulk herbs and spices.

You might know her for her bubbly, enthusiastic, and insightful personality. She is quite the artist in her free time, and she brings that creative and curious spirit to our store. Monique also loves to investigate and learn about herbs, and she really enjoys answering your questions and teaching you how to use them!

"This is my favorite because it does cover all of what they say they do! Flu, allergies, colds, and sinus. You can take 2 a day to prevent or 4 a day to manage. However you feel! I really have enjoyed this because it's helped to clear up my lungs here and there, especially when it's shifty outside temperature-wise. If you're someone who suffers from weather related sinus problems, this is the one to use."

"I like it a lot because it does take off all the debris off of veggies and potatoes (potatoes are the hard ones)." Sometimes she even uses it as a counter spray because it's made of the same ingredients as other cleaners.

"It's my personal favorite because: A, it's a dry powder, and when you mix it, it turns green, which means it turns you green and that's fun! B, it's a gentle detox for the face, which you need in these times!"

Kettle Brand Potato Chips: Backyard Barbeque
"Let me tell you about these chips. I have a lot of healthy eyes for a lot of healthy snacks, but when I feel like I want something that's a little salty and savory, these are my favorite. They are easy to eat as kettle chips, which other brands are not always easy because they can totally cut your teeth. They really get on in there. These are really nice and sweet and salty, I love these. I buy them every day. I wish I could say I don't eat a bag a day, but I do. Especially being a vegetarian something like this matters to me because it is vegetarian ingredients that are going in there, but it still has that savory kick that you'd miss from a good meat sauce. "

"This is how I manage my Saturday's at Terry's. This is the Enlighten Mint by Guayaki. Not only is it in a pretty can, but it's not carbonated, which is important in case you feel that you don't need all the bubbles in the world. I drink too many bubbles as it is, and this is a good way to cut down on that!"

"It's good for pre-birth or light days. The most important thing with menstrual cups is that it cuts down on all the plastic in the world. They really haven't known how to give women the right mensural products, and now they're starting to curb that with old remedies, which was once the silicone cup. I cherish these a lot because you don't waste as much money. It's an investment of a few cycles, come on! It lasts you for 10 years, wild!"
