Meet Our Health Squad: Lydia!

Lydia has been a part-time member of Terry's health squad for nearly 2 years.

You might recognize her for her energetic, cheery, and charismatic personality! Lydia loves customer service because she is a natural teacher and enjoys answering your questions. She also loves to learn and share what she learned with the rest of us - she's easily fascinated by new information!

"I get my certification to become a yoga teacher trainer on the 28th this month. So I'll be teaching yoga classes with a license! I consider myself somewhat of an herbologist; that's what drew me in the door. I'm a musician, and I spin fire in my free time!"

"I really like this silver mouth wash. It tastes like straight cinnamon. Delicious! Also, silver is naturally antibacterial, and I like that it comes in a metal container because less plastic is always rad!"

Puremedy Fungus Relief Ointment

"This fungus relief I actually got for my dog Jasper. He has a list of skin allergies. I found a fungus cream at the vet, however, it was mostly chemicals and I wasn't happy with the ingredients. This is free of all the things I wasn't happy with. It has calendula, echinacea, elderberry, and thuja. It works really great and it's $15 bucks, whereas a vet is $50 plus whatever else. And he loves it!"

"I use these to clean my house! This is Palo Santo, holy wood. It has a little bit of a sweeter smell. I really like white sage, my favorite kind of sage. Both are naturally antibacterial as well as spiritually cleansing!"

"My bonus is special orders!" (She sung this and jumped with excitement.) "I love to support local and you get a 10% discount when you buy a case, so why not?"

"These I always have in my fridge. I have 8 in this case, but I always eat them so it's guilt-free for me! This is vegan and gluten free, and it's so delicious in any way, shape, or form. With raspberries, with chocolate, anything. Delicious. Great dessert!"

Jun Kombucha Wild Tonic

"I love that I was able to order these because I love kombucha, however I hate cane sugar, and black tea is really strong. Jun's uses green tea and they feed it with honey, which is great!"
