Meet Our Health Squad: Soti!

In this new blog series we are featuring our Health Squad and their favorite products so that you can get to know our Terry's family! 

Soti is in her 8th year working for Terry's,
and she is our Supplement and Wellness Buyer. 

You might recognize her by her Australian accent, bright smile, and contagious laugh. She manages our supplement and wellness products to make sure you can come in the store and find the right product for your needs. She will take your special orders if you're looking for something specific or want to order extra of the product you need. 

Soti's favorite supplement at Terry's is:
Dynamic Health Vitamin C Liquid. She uses it for migraines and immune health.

Soti's favorite household product at Terry's is:
ECOS All Purpose Cleaner. She uses it for cleaning her oven and countertops. She likes that the light parsley scent isn't overpowering, and that it's ph balanced and biodegradable.

Soti's favorite skin and body care product at Terry's is:
BWC Vitamin C Serum W/CoQ10. She uses it on its own or with moisturizers. She likes how it evens out skin tone, keeps her skin bright, and locks in moisture.

Soti's favorite food at Terry's is:
Ascent Casein Protein in Vanilla Bean. As a powerlifter, she likes it because it's a slow digesting protein. She can drink it before bedtime to stay in an anabolic state overnight. 

Soti's favorite drink at Terry's is:
Celsius Heat. The Strawberry Dragonfruit flavor! She likes it because it's a natural thermogenic energy drink that she can use as a pre-workout before heading to the gym.

Alba Botanica Acne Dote Scrub. It's for her face and body on acne prone skin. She likes the salicylic acid content that fights breakouts, and that it contains white willow to tone the skin.
